Kasha (Catherine) Mehra, President/CEO

Kasha (Catherine) Mehra is President, CEO and co-founder of Tatra Solutions, Inc. As a first generation American of Polish immigrant parents, she understands firsthand what America stands for and the opportunities it has afforded her family. Those experiences are what drive her desire to give back to this country and its diverse communities through support of the varied missions of our federal agencies.

Ms. Mehra brings a diverse set of technical and management experience spanning over 20 years that includes an engineering and management role in Test Wafer Engineering at Intel Corporation’s research and development semiconductor manufacturing facility; software product development, management and marketing in the financial software and IT industries; and business development with several small businesses operating in the federal contracting space.

Ms. Mehra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University of Wisconsin.
Dan Stemen, Vice President
​
Dan Stemen is Vice President and co-founder of Tatra Solutions, Inc. He is a seasoned business leader with experience across a broad range of corporate functions. He is responsible for supporting the administration and management of operations of the organization.

Mr. Stemen has extensive background in project management of technical, engineering and scientific teams with a wide range of responsibilities through his 30-year management career. He has experience leading small and large companies, including management of a successful 700-million-dollar worldwide logistics operation, as well as managing multiple companies’ efforts in federal contracting, with a focus on SETA contracts. He brings solid technical management experience leading multiple software development teams and system architecture for several organizations, working closely with worldwide software developers and IT support corporations including IBM.
